I don't know where to start.
Communication, Rachel replied promptly to calls, text, and emails. We were provided clear explanations and she patiently answered all of our questions. Her knowledge of the laws helped me from being bullied at one point. initially when looking Rachel knew the area we were interested in, and she came with a bunch of houses to view, she was very thorough when we were looking at them pointing out potential problems and trouble spots the lay person would walk by with a second look. very happy Rachel always picked up my calls, questions were answered quickly.
